Everything But the Kitchen Sink


    Eveything But The Kitchen Sink Salad and Veggie Pizza Recipe....yummy









So my salad pictured above I always call everything but the kitchen sink....because I will pretty much put anything in there.  I love salad.  I can pretty much eat it all the time.  I usually bring this salad to potlucks because people always are asking me to do so.  I paired the salad with a vegetarian pizza which was fantastic.  When I make a pizza I do vary the ingredients, but below is what I did for this particular one.  Do you have any veggie pizza recipes you want to share??

Everything But the Kitchen Sink ( Organic Salad)
Baby Spinach
Arugula ( You can very the greens situation to anything you like)
Heirloom Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Chopped Carrots, Broccoli, Radishes, Jicama Bell Pepper
Garbanzo Beans (One of my favorite foods...never make a salad without them)
Avocado
Feta Cheese....sometimes Goat Cheese
Goddess Dressing...but sometimes use poppy seed dressing, or oil and vinegar as well

Sometimes I will add Hearts of Palm, Sundried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts to me the more the better when it comes to salad

Veggie Pizza
Whole Wheat Pizza Dough from Trader Joes....follow instructions on package
Saute 1/2 onion and 2 minced garlic cloves for 5 minutes in olive oil to taste
Add in a 2 chopped tomatoes saute another minute
Add Handful of Baby Spinach saute just until slightly wilted
Add Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper, To Taste
Set aside

Sometimes I use bell pepper, mushrooms, etc....you can vary ingredients

1. Roll Out Dough
2. Cover with layer of Sauce
3. Sprinkle with organic cheese
4. Put sauteed vegetables all over pizza
5. Add some sundried tomatoes
6. Bake according to pizza dough instructions
7. When done top off with fresh avocado
8. Now Eat!!
