From Smoothie to Life - Superfoods

Recipe Continued.......

Being Vegetarians we often get the question, "What do you eat?"  Well we are going to start posting the vegetarian meals that we eat, in hopes that it may inspire you to cook more meatless dishes.  Being vegetarian still leaves a world of amazing foods to eat.  We truly believe when you eat right and fill your body with good things from the inside out, that you not only live a long life, but a healthy one.  Poor health in this country is often not circumstantial, environmental, or even genetic.  It is often simply the foods we chose to put in our bodies to fuel it.  Living the busy lifestyles we do, it is often very hard to get all the nutrients we need.  Although we mainly eat a whole plant based diet the extra nutrients you can get from superfoods is endless.  Above are some of the superfood powders that we put into our morning smoothies.  We vary them, but this is the general mixture.  Not only are these powders nutrient dense, the added health benefits they give are huge.  Above is a quick little breakdown of each one, but there is so much more information available out there.  Here are some sites we love for products and info.  You can buy any and all of these products on at least one of these sites.  If you have superfoods you loooove please share!!!

A link that I hope will soon be happening....continue to check back
